Question 8
The Correct Answer Is: TRUE
John 14:6: "Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me."
Every religion claims to be the one true religion, the one that people must follow in order to be saved. But if every religion is claiming exclusivity when it comes to salvation, then all of them cannot be right. If Islam is truly the way to Heaven, then I cannot be a Jew and go to Heaven. If Judaism is truly the way to Heaven, then I cannot be a Christian and go to Heaven. And the same is true of all the other religions in this world as well. So why is Jesus the only way to Heaven? Because the signs he performed, signs that many other people (both believers and non-believers) attested that they saw, confirmed the message that he preached: that He was the Son of God, who came into the world to save sinners. Mohammed didn't preach that message, nor did he perform signs in order to confirm his message. And neither do any of the deities or prophets in the other religions. Jesus said that he is the only way to Heaven, because he is the only Savior. Therefore, if I want to get to Heaven, I must do so through Him.
