Question 5
The Correct Answer Is: TRUE
Acts 2:22: ""Men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a Man attested by God to you by miracles, wonders, and signs which God did through Him in your midst, as you yourselves also know —"
A miracle is not simply something that is amazing, but something that defies the laws of nature. Someone who was sick eventually becoming better is not a miracle, for that happens all of the time, but if someone who is truly sick one minute is completely made well the next minute, that would be a miracle, for even our modern medicine cannot do that. Jesus performed such miracles, on people not only with deadly diseases, but he performed miracles on people that had ailments that we can't even cure today. Jesus restored full sight to those blind from birth. He fully healed the limbs of people. He immediately healed leprosy. He caused the deaf to hear, and the mute to speak. He even raised people from the dead. Jesus did all of these things to show that he was from God and that we needed to listen to His message.
