Question 1
The Correct Answer Is: FALSE
2 Timothy 3:16-17: "16 All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, 17 that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work." (NKJV)
The apostle Paul in this verse is teaching us that all scripture (from Genesis to Revelation) is inspired of God, meaning given to men and women by God. It is good for doctrine (teachings of God), reproof (to refute false teaching), for correction (to cause us to change from something that is wrong), and for instruction in righteousness (to cause us to walk in what is right). If we use scripture this way, we will be complete, fully able to accomplish all the good that God wants us to do. The only way that we can be complete, is if we have the complete word of God, so the Bible does claim to be the complete word of God. That means we do not need any new prophecy or any new message that will lead us to God, for we already have God's entire message.
